The Mission of Catholic Outreach - St. Mary Parish
Inspired by Gospel values, Catholic Outreach-St. Mary Parish, a Catholic lay organization, leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering.
As a reflection of the whole family of God, members are drawn from every ethnic and cultural background, age group, and economic level. They are united in charity by their spirit of poverty, humility and sharing, which is nourished by prayer and reflection and mutually supportive gatherings.
Organized locally, members of the Catholic Outreach witness God's love by embracing all works of charity and justice. The Outreach collaborates with other people of good will in relieving need and addressing its causes, making no distinction in those served.
Saint Mary Parish provides assistance to Claremont residents in need through Catholic Outreach. We have a food pantry and may be able to help with other household expenses. We have someone available to help in the Chapel/Annex building, next to St. Mary’s Gymnasium.
