On Sunday, April 14th at 5:00 PM, John Paul II Academy is inviting parishioners to follow Jesus into Holy Week with a simple soup supper and a viewing of Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ.

The film, featuring renowned Catholic actor Jim Caviezel, chronicles the last hours of Christ's life from the Agony in the Garden through his trial and crucifixion, ending with a brief epilogue focusing on the Resurrection.

Our culture promotes easy, convenient lifestyles and frowns on selflessness and sacrifice - but that is not the way of true discipleship. Join us as we delve into the sacrifice and suffering our Lord underwent for the forgiveness of our sins and for our salvation.

Registration is required for this event. Please contact John Paul II Academy at (603) 542-2157. or drop a copy of this completed flyer in the collection basket.
