We will resume our monthly sidewalk prayer vigil on the fourth Saturday, August 22nd, at 12 to 1pm at 136 Pleasant St., Claremont.
We will observe NH Governor Sununu's COVID safety protocols with masks required and social distancing, in addition to our usual demeanor of being peaceful, prayerful, respectful, and lawful. We shall not block or impede driveways, entrances or walkways but stand back in a single rank for adequate sidewalk pedestrian passage. We may converse with passers-by and provide literature to those interested, but shall not persist or pursue those otherwise.
We will limit the gathering to not more than 10 people, so I will need your response on this email for those who will be attending to assure we won't be over that number. We will have masks available for ourselves as well as for any public person who wishes to converse with us.
I am additionally asking Claremont Police Chief Chase for any additional recommendations or requirements he may offer us.
We will group pray the Rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet for the preborn, the unborn, and conversion of our culture back to the sanctity and respect for life. Friends of other Faiths are welcome to join us with their own Scripture, prayer or meditation.
