As you will recall, Jesus told us "I thirst"; when he was on the cross. He was not speaking of a bodily thirst, as Mother Theresa revealed, but a thirst for our love and devotion to Him. Deep down we all have a thirst or craving for love that we may mistakenly believe are desires for things of the flesh.

This spring, during Lent, would be a perfect time to set aside a weekend to spend time in relationship with Jesus. Our diocese offers a weekend for men from March 16th to March 19th and a weekend for women from March 30th to April 2nd in Hookset, NH. This weekend is called Cursillo.
